Welcome to my professional website! Here, you will find a wealth of resources related to my research and teaching activities.
As a professor at EM Normandie since September 2017, I have been teaching Quantitative Finance and Financial Mathematics to both bachelor and master students. Additionally, I teach Queueing Theory and Stochastic Modeling at CentraleSupélec.
In my research, I focus on Stochastic Modeling with applications on queues, call centers, hospitals, and transportation systems. I am particularly interested in how a customer's behavior is influenced by the system state, such as the remaining service time or the last realized event. I am constantly analyzing models to better understand user behavior in service systems, with the aim of improving their experiences.
My research has been published in both academic and wider-audience articles, and I have also created educational books that explain complex topics in a simple and accessible manner. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn about financial investments and other topics related to my research, regardless of their mathematical background.
On this website, you will find a collection of my academic publications, as well as my wider-audience articles and educational books. I hope that these resources will help you gain a better understanding of my research and interests.
